「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for us! The place is beautiful and every room is different. Have loved each room so far, and have a few favorites. I enjoy balcony sitting as well as courtyard sitting. I've tried other places in the past, but gave that up as nothing compares to my favorite place on earth: Place d'Armes Hotel」

「This hotel was more than I thought it would be. The vibe overall was just as powerful and comfortable as my own home. It felt like I was on a journey from old new Orleans history to the present days of southern charm ,friendly people and a charm all its own. I am glad that I chose this hotel tonight. The prices were very fair may I also add. 」

「Very cool hotel since it was once a sugar mill and the newest hotel to open in half a century in the French Quarter. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfy, you easily can walk to Canal Street, Bourbon Street and the French Quarter in under 5 minutes. but can sleep well by not being in the middle of those louder streets. 」
