「I found this hotel to be an excellent choice to stay in while have cataract eye surgery in Knoxville Tennessee! It close to my surgeon office plus it has so many places to eat and shop while such a very close proximity to my eye doctor! It provides my breakfast a nice area to dog walk and the associates that work here are very super nice and friendly! The lady on second shift that checked me in was SO NICE that I chose to come back again and stay for my second surgery! 」

「Staff was very courteous and friendly, welcoming. While we checked in around 3pm, the room housekeeping staff was not finished cleaning. The bathroom had not been completely cleaned and they were still making their final check and apologized for the incomplete cleaning and finished quickly. All was good otherwise. 」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」
