"We stayed for the Luke combs concert. We had so many issues getting a ride share to get back to the hotel. We were stranded downtown for 2 hrs. I called and talked to the man who was working night shift at the hotel he was very understanding and gave me a number for a ride share driver. I called and was finally able to get a ride to the hotel. He was a lifesaver! "

"The pool listed in pictures is permanently closed, the included breakfast was unavailable, the building reeked of paint. Building supplies was stored in multiple places. The beds were okay. The bathroom needed a lot of work from faulty fixtures to noticeable patches in the wall."

"The kitchen staff confirmed that the premade eggs had no meat inside. my wife is vegetarian and found ham chunks throughout the eggs. please inform the staff on what they are serving."
