"Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. "Water pressure in shower was terrible "

"This is such a gem. We stayed here on a whim and will most definitely be back. We had the cutest room with a balcony that walked right off to the canal and restaurant right next door. Anything we asked for, they accommodated and they went above and beyond for us even when they didn’t have to. 100/10 recommend. These are amazing people. "

"The property was centrally located to multiple areas we wanted to see. It was quiet and easy to get on and off the property to the main road. There was no beach access but it was very close to the lovers key beach access. Not walkable but an easy drive. You definitely need to have a car. You couldn’t walk to anyplace accept Flippers restaurant, which always had at least an hour wait. "

"The hotel is very comfortable and cute. Excellent location. Amazing tiki bar and environment. Even though they are still struggling with effects of the last hurricane. It was comfortable and you wouldn’t notice. The rooms after spacious with a small kitchenette. Overall enjoyed our stay."

"The property is very dated and is in need for a renovation by far. One of the two rooms we rented had ants all around the room. They did move us to another room. I would definitely recommend spending an extra 20 or $30 somewhere else for a more comfortable stay."
