「入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复」

Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. 「We had a beach view and it was lovely. We would sit outside for our morning coffee and the view was lovely.
I think I was most impressed with the front desk. I regret forgetting his name but he was so informative with every question we had.
It was such a wonderful time and looking forward to our next get away.」

「Everything was fine except the first room they gave us was with cockroaches dead like 7 or 8 but we went back to the lobby and they were very nice and change our room. The other thing that we didn’t like was the beds, they are extremely hard.
Everything else was fine. Very familiar and relaxing.」
