「Mathew and Bonnie were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming staff members . Room was very clean but outside windows really took away from the experience. Toilet wouldn’t flush came and fixed it immediately but then it kept running. Had to pull handle up. Remote continued to run out the batteries even after getting a replacement and brand new batteries twice. (Cheap batteries). Breakfast wasn’t too exciting. Would suggest adding potatoes and sausage. 「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「This is a brand new truly lovely resort. Large rooms with high ceilings, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. bathroom was spa like and the decorating was beautiful. Located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. 」
