「入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复」

「We were only in town for the day, visiting Sanibel. Sanibel was not the shell beach sanctuary I remember from years ago. We chose to however to stay over in Ft Myers, Very nice, very easy access and convenient to Mall, restaurants ans anything you may need while in town. The free breakfast was very average, maybe a little below average for a hotel in this range. Free however is free. It is what it is. Rooms nice, staff friendly」

「I stayed at this property with my husband for almost a week. Super quick walk to the beach from our room and the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas. Our favorite amenity was the bikes that they let you check out. We rode the bikes all over the Island and it was wonderful. The staff refreshed our towels every day while we were out so that was really nice to come back to. The only negatives are that there was only 1 mirror in the room and it was in the bathroom and the TV was hard to navigate at...
