The room and resort were very clean. We at at the Turtles Bar and Grill and the Captain's Catch. The food was great. We spent most our our time at the beach. They provide lounge chairs and umbrellas at no charge. I'd return again without a doubt.

Wow great resort. Main pool Plus 4 thoughout property. Free bikes to tour island the beaches are white sand. Shell collectors heaven. 2 restaurants on main level. Food and drinks by the pool. Hot tub Ping pong and table hockey. Staff were great. So clean!

Really great to see property coming back to life after getting hit hard by hurricane Ian a few years ago. The room I stayed in was brand new and very nice. Staff was polite, responsive, and helpful. Great pool area with plenty of seating, drink/food service at your chairs, and the kids loved the water slide. The hibachi restaurant on property was a lot of fun as well.

Resort was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Received $180.00 food/ service credit on arrival because some of the resort areas are under renovation because of the Hurricane last fall. My room was so nice and the bed was luxurious. Beach was beautiful!!!

It was very loud early mornings to late afternoon The people were friendly, we were in an area that was barely finished The beach was fantastic as always for the money we spent it was not worth it because of the area of the room .

The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience

Very nice Resort. Not a 5 star but they are remodeling. Easy access to the beautiful beach. Resturants were very good. Service was excellent. We went off season so there was not may people on the property which we liked.

Overall it has amazing potential. Thursday we hung out at the pool all day as my kiddo wanted to participate in the activities. We had to inquire about the craft to get it and the only other thing was bingo. The rest of the activities didn’t take place. The sheets and bedding are unfortunately the worst part. They feel like paper. While we loved the other parts of the units - we did not sleep well and eventually went out to purchase a blanket. The breakfast was a large waste of money in our opinion. It’s an expensive low-grade buffet option. The only thing my child appreciated was the omelets. However we adored Shima and Tikis! Both expensive but worth the price. We appreciated the check in staff and used the bikes a ton! The slide was a hit for all. We hope that as things continue to open up on the island that sundial will continue to improve as well!

Our stay in this resort was very pleasant; the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of good places to eat in the resort and nearby. It is truly a family-oriented facility; we recommend it and plan to come back.

Maybe because I booked on Expedia and not with the hotel directly, the room was horrible. I had called the property to make them aware that it was a special time-my husband's birthday, the room as well as the location, left a lot to be desired. Thank God for Mae, the receptionist that changed our room the next day. The stay improved after that..the beach is beautiful
