Great place to go! The beach is right there close walk. The pool was nice with the bar right there. The only thing that was frustrating was we booked a king bed thru Expedia and arrived and they were not able to give us a king bed and got two queens. Other than that the place was fantastic and would recommend!!

We were fretted by a young man who was friendly and polite. He handed us elastic bracelets with a tiny plastic tag on it. He said it was our key without much other explanation. He handed us a resort map and wrote our room number on it. Our room number didn’t appear on actual map. After walking around the building, we discovered we needed to go upstairs and access a doir to an interior hallway (other rooms were motel type exterior doors) that wrapped around the back of the building to find our room. Some prior knowledge of this would have been helpful. He also didn’t point out the cafe and restaurant adjacent to the reception building. The room itself was very nice and Neely refurbished since Hurricane Ian. The bathroom was spacious with a large glassed shower, generous vanity and lots of towels. It had a frosted glass barn door on a soft close track. It was a nice touch. The king size bed was very comfortable, but the stiff, heavy cotton blanket was smothering. We removed it after the first night. Fortunately, we had our own blanket with us. There was a very large Samsung tv on the large dresser. There are great bedside tables with lots of plugs and chargers. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. Our balcony overlooked the heated pool, pool bar and the ocean. It was lovely. There were lots of beach loungers and hammocks to relax in. There was a shell cleaning station and outdoor shower, too. Overall very enjoyable experience.

A really good looking resort. A great place to stay - directly on the beach with a great coffee shop and burger restaurant that we used whilst we were there! Easy to find, all the staff were fabulous and nice to have a daily housekeeping service as the sand gets everywhere! Check-in was easy and managed to get a room a little early which helped us get more time on the beach and in the hammocks.

clean room. nice desk staff. love the restaurant next door for quick breakfast. The outdoor bar would be nice with some music playing. maybe some 70s and 80s music for the boomers and Gen Z guests!

I received a text mid-morning requesting an ETA, which I provided and the response was "OK." Later in the day, I realized we were going to be later than planned so I sent another text updating the time. Same response, "OK." When we checked into the hotel, we we greeted with, "We have no hot water." It had been lost 4 hours prior and no mention until check in. They hoped it would be fixed by morning, but no guarantees. Of course, at 8:30 pm, very tough to find another hotel on the island so we sucked it up. Morning comes and still no hot water and no ETA on when it would be fixed. We went our for breakfast and upon our return at 10:20 am, the hot water was working. Just enough time to take a shower before check out. To be fair, the hotel comped our resort fee and the insect repellant we purchased, but we were not impressed with this place.

I paid extra for a room with a pool view. Room 140 looked out an an over grown shrub and the concrete back wall of the tiki hut bar. The room itself was okay. Did not have cups/glasses for drinks or styrofoam cups for the coffee maker. Also did not have creamer for the coffee maker. Was without hot water for a day snd a half .. they ran out of propane

Stayed for 5 nights and would pick this place again. Right on the beach in a quiet area. The room was spacious and spotless. Appreciated the big shower. Pool area looked nice although I didn't use it as the weather was a little cool for the pool. Very courteous staff.
