「Very clean, nice staff. Great food and shops right there. The only problem was the guy in charge of the chairs on the beach, he was very rude!! He asked if we wanted to rent the chairs we were sitting in and when I said no because it was too cold. He said then get off my chair NOW!! Like Wow. 」

「We love staying here. The staff is friendly, professional & prompt in replying to emails and phone calls. The rooms are always clean. The location is great for walking all of FMB Times Square and nearby areas. The restaurant & bar are a great bonus too! We'll be back soon. 」
