Staff at the front desk were very helpful! Accommodating an early check-in and also holding our bags so we can enjoy our day after checkout The room was clean and comfortable. We use the pool and beach access across the street at the larger hotel

The room , the location was fantastic, we called twice and even went to the front desk in person to get our towels replaced and garbage thrown out and no one came , other than that , it was great !

Just across the street from the pool and best beach areas. Very nice remodeling job at the Bay Inn % Lani Kai. A couple hundred dollars a day less than some others nearby.

So clean. Best view on the island. Staff was helpful. Check out the Bay Inn across the street. Sister hotel just as nice and a little more budget friendly.

My husband and I love Lani Kai, we missed it. This was our first trip back since the hurricane. Room was spacious,and very clean. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast delicious and big. Can't wait to come back next year 🍹🌴💕

Located across from the ocean and the main hotel it’s the best of both worlds and the room had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave and utensils, clean, friendly and a quick walk to time square. A patio on the bay. Fantastic value.

Not bad for a last minute $100 room.

For $100, you get what you pay for. We were passing through and needed a last minute hotel. The room was very dated, but clean. There were broken blinds and no curtains, and a light right by the window, so it was very bright in the room all night. The pull out bed had a very worn out mattress, which was super uncomfortable, even for young kids. However, the room was clean and located just across the street from the gulf. The staff was friendly. The area was fun, though it was predominantly young adults. Overall, we can’t complain for a last minute $100 room.
