"The hotel was adequate. There were no vending machines nor ice machines available to guests. We had rented a cart and at no time could we pull up to the bank of chargers to plug in. The same carts were in the same spots at all times. The pool definitely needs more chairs and towels."

"We had a great time at blue flamingo. We have stayed there several times and I’m sure we’ll be back there again. We were upgraded to a pool view room which we appreciated. It would be nice for you to get the second elevator working. Seems like it has been broken down for several years. Also, I love what you did with the backyard theme, however, would like the coconut pool bar to stay open later and have increased staff in the pool bar. The bartender did great, however, he had far too many customers to serve for just one bartender. Otherwise, it is a perfect place to stay."

"Property was well kept and clean. Balcony was screened in with excellent views and ceiling fan for comfort. Loved the washer and dryer to clean our clothes after catamaran excursion. Parking included but somewhat limited. Pool excellent, staff excellent. A bit expansive but was good price for two bedroom unit with full kitchen. Not super close to downtown. "

"I would rate the property of three star. It could be better. The one thing I didn’t notice on my first Barr bill when I walked in as they automatically give you on the bill at 18% tip, but you don’t realize drinks are pretty expensive all over Key West but when you have $100 bill you don’t know there’s 18% included than you tip on top of that I think they should say something but they don’t so that was a problem for me. The rooms are clean but they could use a makeover and I also was told by $50 per night charge was included when it wasn’t so when I checked out, I had an extra $200 bill for Hotel fees, but we don’t know what Hotel fees are"
