「The water park was a major highlight for the kids. It was pretty large even though only the indoor portion is open at this point in the season. There are a lot of other options for activities with the kids as well. We hit the petting zoo and went up to a hiking trail near a scenic spot. The kids were excited to spot a baby snake lol. We will definitely be back. 」

「My husband and I will always remember our trip at Crossroad Inn fondly. It felt a bit strange at first, renovating an old American house into a guesthouse, but it was a truly special experience for us. It felt similar to the old residential environment we saw at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial in Monticello, and it will remain a new memory, unlike any we've experienced on our previous trips to the US. The early morning jog to the winery will also be a fond memory.」

「Room is big and clean. Front desk lady was very nice, shared all details for breakfast and WiFi and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The hotel is next to the highway so if your room is close to it, you can hear a bit of the road. It’s not very noisy but if you are sensitive to noise, it could be bothersome. Overall clean, welcoming, well located hotel. 」

「We loved this beautiful mountain inn. The room is spotless and well-appointed, with a splendidly comfortable bed. The front porch is a fabulous place to sit in a rocker and watch the world go by.
