「Not quite sure who is to blame but we booked this stay about a week eary through Expedia and paid for one night stay. When we showed up on Tuesday evening to check in, there was no room avaiable. We had to get online and find a room about 20 minutes away. It took us about 4 days to get a refund put back on our...

「There was NO staff. Had an issue with the electronic lock to my room. Called a number and got instant solution. That's why I rated the staff excellent. Spectacular room and amenities. 8 miles from the southern end of Skyline Drive in Shenandoah. Very convenient.」

「It was our second time staying at Grey Pine Lodge. We had a king room on the second floor. Everything was perfect - clean room, comfortable bed, no issues with the door lock like we had on the previous stay.」

Hotel exterior was in poor condition with no office or lounge area. No breakfast or coffee. Arrived late, so no other room was available. I only stayed a few hours and...

「Spacious, clean, a mix of historical and model tones」

「This property had no vacancies. Expedia booked me one night with its system showing availability with multiple rooms available despite the owner of the hotel advising Expedia that their rooms were not available and had been sold out. Now it will take 7-10 business days to refund my money that was debited from my account the minute I approved the transaction.」
