「The property was well maintained and the room was really clean.」

「This was my favorite place to stay out of 4 of my 9 day long trip. It was beautiful, peaceful and the staff was friendly, helpful and they all seemed to love their jobs. We felt very at home but yet they treated us like royalty. The breakfast was amazing and the chef even came out and talked to us!! Will we go back, YES!!」

「It’s always refreshing when housekeeping smiles and asks if they can help with things (e.g., one volunteered to throw away a bag of trash that I was carrying). When the hardest-working hotel employees strive to make good impressions, it shows me that the hotel is well run!」

「It's all very nice, but no water glasses, or a glass in the bathroom. Had to go to the front desk for those. Which I thought was very odd for a Hilton property.」

「Nice room, clean, great amenities, decent breakfast. Had a few issues, no working fan in the bathroom (found out the hard way lol), and tub faucet had a fast leak that we reported, but no one came to fix. Keeping the door closed made it very humid in there. Was offered another room but decided to stay since we got in so late and wouldn’t be using the room much. Friendly staff, would stay there again.」

「My family and I stayed in Hanging Cabin #9, which had bunk beds suited for my two children. The cabin appeared to have been recently renovated, with new flooring and a well-equipped kitchen. It included a TV (unlike other cabins we've stayed in without one) and a nice jacuzzi. Keep in mind that being outdoors means bugs may be around, which is not the property's fault but a natural occurrence. A bit of pest control before guests arrive could have made this place an A+.」

「An elegant old house tastefully redeveloped, with large, comfortable and stylish rooms. Great location close to breweries, wineries and hiking and not far from Charlottesville. So, mostly good but the administrative and customer-service side could be better. We weren't sent the code for the front door and another couple we met weren't sent the code for their room. I received the checkout instructions after having already left the property. 」

「This hotel was decent for the price and worked well for an overnight stay. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and we slept great without any noticeable outside noise. The room had been cleaned, but only minimally. There was dirt behind the chairs, the top of the toilet seat needed cleaning, and there were a few small stains on the linens. We did not see any bugs or mold, though. We also did not try the...

「The property was easy to find and parking was available. Breakfast was sufficient but no staff available to clean tables when we were there. The rooms were basic and clean. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms and we did, but the door inside did not open. It was late so we did not bother to ask for help with the door. Overall, good for an overnight stay but would not stay for more than a day.」

「Staff at Front Desk was not friendly nor helpful. The room smelled so bad of both cigarette and tobacco smoke, and the sheet of fabric softener in the air unit did nothing. Shower curtain ring was barely hanging on the wall.」
