"Staff when checking in and checking out were rude with no reason. A simply thank you or a look in the eye would’ve done it. Left me on hold 15 minutes when dialed the front office to ask for the valet parking. When called back guy was rude saying he’s in the middle of a check in I needed to wait. When checking out I politely gave the keys back to the receptionist, and she rudely said just leave them there I’ll get them. Left me hanging with the keys. If they’re not happy with what they do, Menger management should n must pay attention to that. They could loose a lot of customer from coming back to stay there again. "

"The hospitality was off the charts from the valet attendant, to the check-in agent, to the housekeeping staff, to the wait staff during breakfast and happy hour. Job very well done!"

"Yes shops nearby and pets oh yeah very happy pets I guess my next door neighbor was celebrating cuz they were too noisy didn’t want to bother but I guess next time I will call front desk I know they see them getting cuz of the hallway cameras anyway another thing( no coffee in the room) hopefully next time they put them on every room everything else was fine "

"Huge Cockroach - “water bug” they said. Same thing! Spider in bed. Pills from previous guest on floor in corner- still there when we left. Bed changed once in 10 days- only after i asked because of the dead spider. Floors filthy- black socks (don’t go barefoot!) - asked yo have it mopped. Nope- just swept. “Not enough staff to do deep clean”. Manager “not on site” when we asked to speak to them. AC. doesn’t work correctly- room stayed ay 70 or above- thermostat didn't alter the room temp. It was like it was on a preset temp and even if you changed the setting to cooler, it did not happen. With no air movement it was difficult to sleep at night, just too hot!. Do not recommend this! Pics look nice - but they are deceiving l. "
