「Prepaid for a King Room and the plumbing did not work properly. I was told that my only choice was a Queen Room where the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. I had to pay extra for the King Room and was not offered any type of compensation. The housekeeping staff were very friendly.」

「The room was so gross. It smelled like wet rag the entire time I was there. Pictures on Google and Expedia are deceiving. The carpet was disgusting, the bathroom floors were sticky, the towels were terrible and we ended up not even using the shower because of how disgusting it looked and got a room somewhere else. Due to the conditions of the room I didn’t even try to eat the breakfast that was put out. There was flies and gnats in our room as well, and the couch was dirty and made me itch. I...
