「The staff made this worth staying at. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was just me and my kids. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. When out of towels in the pool, he personally brought in the number of towels we needed for our large group. The women at the front were great with my needy kids and so kind when something was sadly not working. 「The room was not like advertised. It was older, not as “fresh” as the pictures. There was no tv for the remote. I was going to call the front desk to let them know but when I picked up the phone, it wasn’t even plugged in to anything. A few of the outlets didn’t work. The sink was slow draining. The front of the fridge was dirty. But the room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. 」

「This is a real no-frills hotel. Staff isn't fluent in English and the entire facility is really dated. Rooms are sparse and more suited to migrant workers instead of travelers. The breakfast consisted of bagels and white bread and a selection of three dry cereals. The parking lot was strewed with building materials and yellow crime scene tape. I'm not sure where the photos were taken, but they don't reflect the current facility. This is a noisy location.」
