「The girl at front desk must have been new and having some difficulty getting us checked in. There should be extra people there to help in cases like this. People were lined up and waited quite a long amount of time. She was extrememly friendly and apologetic, but could have used some help I think.」

「The linens seemed clean and the room and been dusted. I expect the carpet was vacuumed, but it had several large stains in it. The curtain rod was about to fall from the wall on the right-hand side. The towel rack from the shower door was broken off. I found it in the room, and was able to put it back on the shower door. However, this isn't something a guest should need to do. The part of the sink drain which allows you to hold or release water from the sink was not hooked up. The room...

「We paid for breakfast and did not receive a voucher. I asked the front desk and the guy told me he did not see where I paid for it, but gave me a card for complimentary breakfast for 1 day, but not for the next day. Overall the place was nice and semi clean. The bathtub was not the cleanest and our towels had stains on them」
