「We stayed in the Loom House, not until we arrived did we know we were to occupy the oldest habitable log home in NC. While the bed was comfortable, the small fridge was iced up and smelled of old food. There was no TV. Everything was in good repair, the staff was super nice, the room was the perfect size for our family, pool and hot tub we're enjoyed and breakfast! You could tell everything was prepared with care and we had the best breakfasts to sustain us through our busy day. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. It seemed like the other guests were having the same great experience because everyone was in a great mood.」

「PROS: Friendly staff. The rooms were very clean. Bathroom was spotless. Amazing breakfast! A convenient two-minute drive to App State! CONS: The tiniest parking spaces I've ever seen at a hotel. Ridiculously narrow and short! A contractor's truck was sticking way out into one of the traffic aisle entrances and everyone had to maneuver around it. Might suggest contractor's staying overnight with large vehicles park at the end of the parking lot to avoid any future mishaps or accidents.」
