You should be truthful about when the restaurant will reopen and should let people know when they book. Rooms were cleaned extremely well daily by the maids Mens bathroom at the pool was a complete mess with towels everywhere and uncollected garbage overflowing the can.」

「The location of the hotel is the best thing the hotel has going for it. However, the facility is worn out and has not been maintained. Carpet is worn out and dirty. Rooms are dark, furnishings are worn and dated, no attention to details (back on TV remote missing). WiFi inconsistent and addressing the issue not possible until the next day. Landscaping overgrown making walking to facilities a challenge. Sealed double pane windows have lost seals and are frosted over. I hope the owners will...
