「Clean room friendly staff only issue we had was it felt like the AC didn’t work well」

「I had some issues prior to my original arrival. Called several times but, never able to reach the proper person to see if I could move my trip out by one day. Due to my vehicle repairs. Left several messages no call backs so, I just paid $300 for an extra nights stay into Saturday! I will be back in July for work so, hopefully things will be a lot better during my next stay. 「Nice stay, Great staff. Litter in the lot early this morning from some guest. Inside the hotel was very clean, the immediate surrounding area was clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!」

「No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.」

Super kind & pleasant employees were more than happy to give recs of nearby destinations and adventures... all were polite to answer so many of our questions…was neat learning the history of the Inn, too. Building and grounds were so clean and quaint! Rooms were spacious and comfortable… Felt like stepping back into a different time & place; so many great little corners to relax, read, enjoy coffee and/or a drink. So close to great trail heads and fun towns, but...
