「The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, and my stay was comfortable. I received a text message checking in on me and to let them know if I needed anything. I love the hotel is located right by the interstate. If you want to eat out there are several restaurants by the hotel. A staff person always spoke to me when I was leaving to go out and on my return. I will stay here again when I am in the area.」

「We might have just come during a time when they were understaffed, but the day we checked out it was impossible to find a single employee to help us. We didn't need the breakfast but wanted a cup of coffee before we headed out and had some other questions and we went to the front desk multiple times, even walked into the dining room, and never saw an employee.
