「The room was great, the service and breakfast were also great.
Why the four stars? Hilton had a major issue with their online system so no one could check in. This was a nationwide issue so there wasn't anything that the front desk staff had control over.
Not being able to check in when I arrived wasn't a thrill since I had been working since 6:15 in the morning, left work at 5:454 pm, drove one hour and then arrived to be told no rooms can be provided until the system gets back up.

「I really don’t feel this particular hotel should qualify as a Best Western Plus. It’s definitely not a step up class wise from a regular Best Western. I’ve stayed in some Plus that were quite nice this is not one of them. Very dated!
The breakfast had lots of selections but the hot food was not very good (in our opinion).
The large parking lot for campers is at either end of the hotel. A little inconvenient but ok. However, call ahead to make sure there is room left for you and your size camper...

「Furniture had dried coffee not cleaned from previous guest. There was a big bug on the bed. Bathroom sink was clogged and was leaking underneath on the floor. Called and reported but no one came.
Room was next a machine which ran until the morning. We couldn’t sleep for a while.
Horrible experience unfortunately 」
