"Came to Boston for a mother/daughter trip. The staff was so great & kind. The hotel is under renovations. We had a leak in our ceiling & the staff was more than accommodating. They got us into another room as soon as one was available. The hotel even comped us for the room! "

"Really nice hotel, great staff, and perfect location if you're wanting to see Boston sites (a few feet from Faneuil Hall and the Freedom Trail). Wish rooms had coffee maker, but other than that, very comfortable, and a unique funky vibe to the hotel. "

"AWESOME! Every single person was over the top friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Carly and Jeffrey (?sp)! The ambiance is like nothing else in the world. Records and music memorabilia everywhere -SO COOL! All other guests we talked to raved about it as well. Limited parking could be problematic =dont take a car as you can't really use it in Boston and you dont really need it. Fenway is right out back, easy walk and you can hear the crowd from outside the Verb! Hojoko has great cuisine and nice seating areas. Loved everything about this hotel. Thank You EVERYONE you are all ROCKSTARS!"
