「Everything was fine except I was mislead regarding the deposit. We left in the middle of the night and paid cash for the deposit, at check out I had to swipe my card and was not informed about the $4 fee for that. We were told our room would be inspected and the deposit given back. Just be transparent and tell people up front what to expect. 」

「The rooms and the hotel in general is brand new and it looks great. The personnel is courteous and very professional. The hotel elevators were broken for 2 days and being on the 5th floor was very inconvenient without an elevator available. Other than that, it was a good stay. 」
