「Good apartment and good location」

「This was a nightmare. To begin with, the check-in email was not clear and was missed because it came from a random name/address. Then there were no instructions on where to park. But the real fun began at 4:05p when I tried to check-in. They had the envelope with my information but there were no keys in it. They took forever looking for it. 「So glad I found this place! Just across the street from my cousin's condo so that we could easily spend Thanksgiving with my family. Super clean and tidy and safe. Such a lovely area with lots of restaurants and a CVS on the corner. I did not rent a car, but they provide parking. The gym is really nice! They also have a very nice family center with a pool table and air hockey which my son and I enjoyed. I would say only negatives were that it was a real pita to get into the condo. The key lock...
