"We didn’t use the gym or eat breakfast here. Hotel was easy check in and room was good "

"When I got to my room, the key wouldn’t work. I went to see the lady at the front counter. There was no one on staff to help her out (it was a Sunday). She gave me another room instead. I found the wifi signal to be poor at first, then it was ok and in the evening non-existent. I go to the gym regularly so I tried out the gym at the hotel. There was no treadmill which I couldn’t believe so I tried the bike. It was very old and luckily it didn’t fall apart when I was on it. I was not impressed. Then I thought I would go for a swim, my card key wouldn’t work there as well. I could see the pool, it could use some updating. I gave up and went out. The breakfast was ok but I would suggest that they use one of those containers that disperse cereal instead of wasting so many containers. I stayed at a hotel the next night and it was cheaper and better than the Comfort Hotel."

"Outside of check-in, there was no interaction with staff. As for the property, the hallways wreaked of smoke, cabinets were covered with half walk paper and other half ripped off. Bathroom/tub looked like something you wouldn’t dare use without shower shoes."

"Huge dissatisfaction given the ability of the check in staff and attitude of the on - duty manager during check in. We felt insulted & unwelcome. Told we can either leave and find another hotel or accept the process. The attitude had been borderline aggressive. Hotel however was clean and neat. "
