Elevator looked like someone had kicked it in and duct taped. No air in hallways, outside yard area was weeds. Vending machine had soda, no bottled water. Bath towels are the small towels, ok for a kid but not adults. Pressed the wrong button on the tv and maintenance had to come with a different remote to restore the picture. I was thankful...
