「Good location. Good property.」

「This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice」

「We had two rooms. Both rooms were clean. On check-out day, when we went to our room to pack our things and check out after breakfast, we found the maid cleaning out our room, disposing of personal items such as unopened jarred food in a shopping bag as well as a set of eyeglasses, which we promptly retrieved from the trash. Rooms should not be serviced until there is confirmation that guests have checked out. Otherwise, everything was in order.」

「I had stayed here a few times before and was always pleased with my experience. Unfortunately, my last stay was very disappointing. My son and I woke up covered in what appeared to be bed bug bites. I immediately reached out to management to report the issue, but I never received a response. I understand that problems can happen at any property, but the lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here until the issue is addressed and...

「Breakfast was fresh with variety of choices. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. No loud noises or distractions everyone respectable of sleep hours. The overall property is surrounded by different amenities, restaurants and stores. Hotel is in a very great location.」

「We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on.」

「Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere.」

「We stayed 5 nights and asked multiple times to get our room cleaned, which it never did. The front desk was happy to give more towels, pillows and blankets. The tv went in and out as it pleased and the tub/shower barely drained. Our concerns continued to go unaddressed.」
