The room was clean but had a strong smoke odor. I let the front desk know the morning of checkout and we comped 10%. Not much but at least it was something. The lady working the front desk the night I stayed was rude and passive aggressive. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

My stay was fine. I won’t choose to stay at this establishment or brand again. When we arrived. The window to the room was open. The room is spacious however the tv installation is poorly thought out. It didn’t swivel. It sits on a wall between the windows with the bed on one side and the couch on the other without the ability to turn it either way. The dust on the nightstands and phone was thick and visible. Stains on the floor also very visible. It was very apparent that the facility was old and not professionally repaired or painted. In summary the facility was clean enough to stay in once.
