「We booked the room at the last minute and very happy with the hotel. Check-in was easy, room was clean and comfortable, restaurant was very nice and food was delicious, and the view was amazing.」

「The bathroom wasn’t very clean, it’s like they wipe down surfaces and leave the rest. There was soap scum and mold along the tub. Staff were not very friendly and the pictures show a nice hotel than what is there. It’s fine to stay for 1 or 2 nights but would not be my first choice.」

「The views were awesome, the staff were very friendly but breakfast wasn’t different each day. The waffle was extremely hard, but the egg and sausage breakfast was decent. Breakfast also didn’t come with a drink of any kind, but overall I wouldn’t mind going back. Now that I know what to expect and what not to expect. Pretty decent hotel in the cut off the beaten path. I like the privacy. 」

「room was clean and there was a tv and coffee maker, otherwise it was AWFUL. The parking was not safe for my elderly parents to navigate. There was no elevator, and my mom had a terrible time on the stairs. No hot water for showers. There was trash in the refrigerator. Restaurant was a room, not enough seating for the 4 of us. Extremely loud people outside and in hallways. Someone even tried to enter our room in middle of the night. It was worst experience ever.」

「Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. 」

「What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!」
