Starz is in a shady area to begin with, but the amenities are a joke. For starters, there is no place to park unless you park on a very steep/narrow hill which either blocks you or someone else in. We ended up parking on the sidewalk. There is no elevator, so regardless of what floor you are on, you will be dragging your luggage up stairs. The casino/bar/restaurant is so small and the air conditioning was blasting. There is barely any seating. I can't speak to the menu or food because we walked in, looked around, and walked right back out. Our room had the smallest "queen

The room was clean and updated. There is an attached bar and grill. It is small but has nice staff and good food. The hotel also has a nicely lit courtyard where we sat and had a couple drinks. The parking is limited and there is a noisy nightclub next door. Good place to stay for a night or two.

Staff were friendly. My room smelled moldy. I used a T-shirt to cover my face during the stay. It was close to the airport which was a good thing. Water and soda were in the room which I thought was nice. No bath towel was assigned to my room. Was a good stay but wouldn’t return. There was a bar and casino in the same complex.

Very small room. Bed squeaking and sagging. No microwave or coffee maker. Front staff friendly and helpful w taxis n places to go. Place is clean but walls are very thin and hear people above room also.

Everything was great. We weren’t able to check in because someone still had their stuff in our room, but they accommodated us by letting us leave our stuff there and freshen up in the bathroom so we were able to leave and hit the beach. Nice staff, clean environment, nice patio, bar connected to the side of the hotel, bars down the street walking distance and the beach is about a 30min walk or so from this hotel. Overall, very nice place. Would stay again.

When I got in the room, I was met with Nets and mosquitoes. My towels was on the floor. I told the staff and all they could say was sorry. It was awful. I went out and when I came back in. I tried to go to the guest services to get more towels and they were close. I was not able to take a shower. The number that was given to me for carry out was not the right number which is ran by one of the persons in the bar that’s right next to the guest entrance so I had to walk down to the bar order my food and sit there for a while to wait for it to be done.

Everyone was very nice and we loved the courtyard and tile work renovations. The only problem was that the bed was very uncomfortable and actually rose off the floor when we both sat on the end. Also, the parking was difficult.

My trip had gotten canceled because of the war with Venezuela, tried to contact the motel, had Expedia reached out nobody called either of us back, they took my money and didn't look back. I had to file a claim to hopefully some day get my money back. If there where the only motel left in St. Thomas i would buy a tent and stay on the beach. And thats what i would tell anyone looking to book here. Dont do it.
