「I’ll be honest because reading the reviews didn’t help me at all. this isn’t what i was expecting at all. the room that we received had ants all over the bed. air conditioning wasn’t on prior to arrival and had the room HOT for a while, the bathroom was dirty, it looked like someone took a piss all over the bathroom and left it. there was no mirror on the closet although the other rooms had mirrors, there was no refrigerator even though the other rooms had refrigerators. the staff would come in...

「Based on the most recent reviews I was very nervous. Upon arrival to the resort we were pleasantly surprised! Yes there is seaweed- there may be a scent but we didn’t let it ruin the trip (it’s really not that bad people) the resort was gorgeous. 「I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring. 「Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct.
