「Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. The entire property was immaculate. On our last day we witnessed the housekeeping staff clean the common areas and we understood why the place was so clean. Next to the cleanliness, the gardens won as our favorite thing about the hotel. We spent many evenings enjoyng a bottle of wine in the peaceful gardens. This place was a very pleasant find.
