"Issue that I have is I spent $800 dollars for 3 nights and on of that I have to pay $55 dollars a night to park in the garage. That is crazy that guests have to pay for parking. I won’t never stay here again."

"I am glad that I was only there for one night. First, there was only one man working the late shift and he had to deal with a lot of customers. He was efficient but definitely stressed. The room smelled weird and I was unable to open a window or even get the fan to work, so no air. The heating and cooling did not work at all. The only plugs in the room to plug in a charger were in the lamps by the bedside and on the desk. The ones on the bedside lamp did not work and the ones on the desk sparked on and off when I tried to use them, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The toilet paper holders were so close to the toilet that I banged my arms every time I used it. I sat down on the bed and sank into a hole. Both mattresses were very soft and lumpy. This was not a cheap hotel, but it needed maintenance. On the plus side, the lighting in the bathroom was quite good, something I always look for in a hotel room and usually don't find, even in very upscale hotels. And the breakfast was not bad. I also very much appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport."

"Great place to stay. If you can get it on a promotion or find a deal, take it. You’re walking distance from tons of restaurants, a movie theater, bookstore, mall, etc. You do have to pay for parking, 25 a night but it’s directly across from the hotel. There’s security that does rounds and they are more than accommodating. Will continue to stay here. "

"Incredible value location. I only booked it because it was cheap and near the airport and only paid £79 for it on the day i needed to stay but i got a great view from the 7th floor of the planes landing into LAX and soap towels provided and two king sized beds all for myself staying! Highly recommend. I didn’t get anything from the vending machine but the choice of food looked good!"
