"This certainly is not your grandparents Holiday Inn. The place was impressive. The lobby was big and even places to sit. The rooms were large. The furnishings were standard, bed comfortable. The lighting in the room was better than most. There were a number of charging ports, the old rectangular ones, and outlets by the bed There were problems with maintenance. A visible repair in the the ceiling over the toilet had started to leak again., Lets not think about the where that water came from. We were given a different room and an upgrade. The clerk at the desk was very helpful We had a roll in shower, it flooded the bathroom due to poor design and inadequate curtain. When showering bring your glasses because the print on the soap etc. bottles in the shower is small. One of the doors to the parking lot was not secured at all. I guess the keycard pad didn't work. We went in for breakfast at 9AM, not included, made to order eggs. By 9:50 we still hadn't received our eggs. The waiter said there would be a wait but at 9:50 he said something about the manager filling in and had no idea when we would get out food. We walked out"

"Rooms are clean just very outdated"

"Room was large, bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and kind. Underground parking was very convenient. I did not eat at the hotel, but i did have a couple of drinks in the bar and tho the drinks were expensive, the bartending staff was great. "

"Clean hotel and nice hotel lobby with Starbucks is very convenient. The bar area is actually pretty cool given that it’s a hotel near a sizzlers lol but the staff was great greeting you. I would stay here again. "
