A very clean and friendly hotel that's also inexpensive (including no hidden parking fees) - a hotel that is quiet but also close to all amenities. Very close to Santa Anita and Pasadena and an easy commute into Los Angeles proper. A great place where you can get to everything that LA offers - without being in the belly of the beast!

They are trying, clean, new paint on exterior. Updated most of the room, new shower, bathroom sink and cabinet. Neglected to update 1970's bed frame and entertainment table is also outdated. Coffee pat cord does not reach plug and you have to go to lobby to get a pod to make coffee.
