I prepaid for the room and valet, however, at checkout a service/travelers charge was charged to my account. It wasn’t a significant cost, but it wasn’t something I was expecting. The thoughtful details around the hotel,the vending machines on each floor, the fresh H₂O station, and the latte machines, are small touches that make the experience even more comforting.
