"Good location. VERY outdated rooms. I cannot stress that enough. Water damaged wallpaper, clear seams in walls from water damage. Very outdated bathrooms. Carpet was not good. Our family stayed in two different rooms on two different floors and the rooms were equally outdated. Staff was nice though and families with kids seemed to really enjoy the outdoor pool."

"The room was great! Shower wasn’t the best hotel one I’ve used before but it was decent. Took a minute for the hot water to arrive. The various menus were a little confusing to navigate. The room service menu on the tv doesn’t have some of the items you see on the website menu. Also, there is no online menu for the Mr. Banks Diner. The only truly big inconvenience was the lack of ev charging. They have a ton of Tesla superchargers but if you have a vehicle that doesn’t have the NACS port or an adapter then you’re out of luck. I had an older rental that didn’t have either of those so I had to go offsite to charge. Aside from those minor inconveniences, the property was great. Plenty of parking (valet for guests), the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the food was great."

"We love staying here! The only thing was that we called for bell service twice within an hour and they never came. Housekeeping even called down. We had to bring all our luggage down ourselves and saw the bell staff just standing there. We complained and they said they were busy."
