"It is impossible to talk to a person at the desk via phone. Whether you're calling from outside the hotel, or even on the phone in the room, you are automatically routed to an AI bot who will supposedly route you to a live person--but no one answers the phone, and then you just get disconnected. If you have an issue, just go directly to the desk in person. All but two of the the front desk staff encountered acted as though I was inconveniencing them by asking a question. Two of the front desk team were very friendly and helpful. On the plus side, the location was great, the room was comfortable, and we were put in a new room when the A/C wasn't working in our original room. The shuttle service was great, as was the breakfast each morning. Depending upon what you value in a hotel stay, this hotel could be seen as great/exceptional--but the communication challenges took away from the experience."

"The lady that checked us in was very rude, we stated we had reservation for 2 rooms. She was not patient in helping us, we had 2 rooms under same reservation with 2 different names, another gentleman helped us find the 2 room and was very patient and professional, not sure what kind of day that lady was having, but she was not helpful"

"Room was clean enough. The hotel is very run down. The entire 4th floor smelled like spray paint the entire time we were there. It looked like they were using spray paint to patch paint scratches on the wall. One elevator and is used for the rooftop bar restaurant. We never got to use it because it was full with special events. So loud. Close and clogging the elevator and made the wait time silly for the elevator. Will most likely not be returning. Only thing going is proximity to main gate at Disney. "

"We stayed the week after spring break and it was perfect!! The pool area is amazing! We huddled up by the fire and the kids played in the pool! The staff was very friendly and helpful when I forgot a key. Room was a 10/10 stay! Super cozy and hardwood floor which is a must for me! We will be going same time next year and we’re already. Looking forward to our stay!"

"They had discontinued the free shuttle to Disneyland a couple days before our stay and we didn’t know, so that was unfortunate. But we had a rental car. Otherwise great stay!"
