「We have stayed here several times over the years and have always enjoyed this little place. Always clean and friendly in a peaceful location. Unfortunately, the place is getting a little too pricey for a senior couple.」

「Parking was very easy as was check-in. The only thing to add that would be more information on code to get into doors. The code was good but it lacked info on using special caricatures i.e # and lock and unlock on the upstairs. The room was great!」

「We had a great time. Staff was amazing. They all loved our frenchie and made us feel so welcome! Parking is my only complaint. They need more of it but it wouldn’t stop me from coming again!!」

「We did not have any shampoo or body wash in our shower. Room service is only offered three days a week so be sure if you need anything like coffee or clean towels. You have to go to the office and get them or requested other than that that the property was clean, and the beds were very comfortable」

「This was a beautiful place, located in a perfect spot. Cute little town you could walk to. Boat harbor was also within walking distance. As well as beach area for swimming. The place is very spacious for a family of six. Downside…there was no microwave to reheat food. There was a wine cooler, but no fridge. We had dirty sheets on top be bed and a dirty comforter on the other bed. By dirty, I mean brown smears. The cafe and bar were not open while we were there at beginning of the week.」

「Overall, the property was beautiful. It was centrally located in beautiful Bel-Air close to Toor Lake Lake,」

「Note that the elevator entrance only goes to the "lower level" but room numbers in the 100's are on the floor below the lower level, accessible by stairs. Wasn't a problem for us but, anyone who has issues with stairs or mobility, you'd want to make sure your room isn't on that level. The perk for being in the 100's is you can walk out your patio door and the outdoor pool is right there. We did enjoy three nights there. 😊」

「Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. The property definitely needed sprucing up. There was much peeling paint, big water stains on the ceiling and the exterior looked very neglected. The bathroom was very small with a high bathtub that was tough to get in and out of. It was an old house, on a nice corner. But, we were a bit disappointed.」
