Nice place, nice people, and great location.
Key positives:
Water bottle fill station on each floor
Closet of amenities on each floor
Special door to the pub next door; worked well during World Cup viewing
Nice lounge on the first floor.
Areas to improve:
Add safe to room
Put a wastebasket in the bathroom. It may be a new efficiency that we are seeing with hotels cutting back on wastebaskets, but it is not very graceful to carry all your trash from room to room.
