"Great location to Bourbon street and restaurants on Canal"

"The AC and heating didn't work in our room. The room thermostat didn't work resulting in the AC blowing constantly. When we asked the hotel to warm things up, it turned off the AC and the room became unbearably hot. The shower faucet moved away from the wall. We learned on our arrival the 7th floor was under renovation and the rooftop pool, bar and gym were not available. Overall, a bad experience. We will not be going back there."

"Everything was awesome! Corey especially was super helpful and kind! Loved the staff, the hotel itself, how close it is to bourbon Street and everything. Even helped us get a taxi back to the airport. Thank you so much! Next time we come back to the French quarter we are Def staying here again."

"We arrived early with my son and girlfriend, their room was ready, but ours wasn’t and by the time our room was ready the hotel put us in a handicap room on the 14th floor on the older side of the hotel that was outdated! My sons room on the 5th floor was a beautiful modern room When we complained about it to the front desk, we were told that we were put in that room because we booked with a third party (Expedia) we were so offended, we had to argue with the manager, and had to stay in the outdated room with a tub with a plastic shower curtain, outdated tv for our first night, we were finally moved to the 7th floor and a modern room, but the damage was done! We will never stay in that hotel again! And will think twice about booking through Expedia if this is how we will be treated!"

"The staff was very friendly. The Pelican Bar was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The DJ was amazing. Would definitely stay there again. "

"I stayed here for one night before a cruise and had a great stay. The hotel is really nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing that bothered us was a baby crying all morning in the room next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to easily walk to the cruise port and a short distance to the French Quarter. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Terrible Staff. I arrived at the hotel around 3pm Front desk informed me that my room was to be ready @ 4pm. Which is totally understandable. I did arrive early. I came back to the hotel at 4. And still they claimed the room was not ready. 4pm is check in time. Front desk said “We will call you on your phone once it is ready Sir”. They never bothered to call me back, I called the customer service line and they hung up. lol. I’m not the type to be rude or cause a scene. But I did press them by 6pm to get my room ready. It was disheartening because I sat for 2 hours in the lobby watching others check in to their rooms with ease as they arrived. My room was delayed until 6:45pm. I was late for a dinner reservation because of this. This was my first experience in New Orleans. It was Mardi Gras weekend, and I understand that things happen especially during a holiday season like that. But it was the unprofessionalism of how the staff treated me. Not once did they show empathy or try to offer any concessions. You will be able to see all the action in the French Quarter right from your hotel room window. The location is perfect, the building is historical. And other than the rude front desk staff. It was overall a good place to stay."
