「Unpleasant experience 」

「Pro's: - For NYC our room was huge (corner king) - Comfortable bed - I'm not sure how they did it but we heard zero street noise from our room on the 4th floor, and no noise from other guests either - Great smelling products and nice bathroom Con's: - Some parts of our room were a bit worn down which I would not expect from a hotel this price and was disappointing. The bottom of the bathroom door was warped and the windows needed a good clean from the outside.」

「Room is very clean. Comfortable bedding. Stable hot water. Near Grand Central. However the room assigned to me looks completely different than the picture. Small, old, windows towards ugly view. The toilet has some issues and doesn’t flush smoothly.」
