「Very good hotel」

「Despite some negative comments my night went beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean and shower with plenty of hot water. While it would be nicer if the breakfast can start earlier at 7am, the selections are plenty for a continental breakfast and it's included in the stay. Great bargain for what you paid, especially in London where some budget chains without en-suite showers may charge you that much or more」

「The hotel is nearby the West Ealing station, which can head to the airport directly within 30 minuets. The staffs are good. There is a outdoor restaurant inside the hotel, which looks great but we did not try it yet. Overall, it is a good stay.」

「If your not familiar with hostels, your in a for a bit of a shock. There is 12-15 rooms that share 3 bathrooms. 2 break areas with a fridge and microwave sink etc. The dishes and some food are communal. Be aware sharing is not required but there is little space to put things in your room. The bed was small and thin more like a mat, not a traditional mattress. It was very firm. Pillows were rather hard as well. The heat was not working in this room but it had a space heater, that seems...

「The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful....

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

The doorman Lukasz was particularly nice and helpful! The location of the hotel was so good, it's almost walking distance to everything. It is a must choose! 」
