「We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not checked for clean towels, coffee, toiletries, etc during our stay. Breakfast was very minimal and was not replenished. We went to the room about 7am. Bagels and muffins were gone, there were 3 mini muffins, some cold cereal, and a couple bananas. It was difficult to talk to staff as I saw very little of them. We won't stay there again.」

「I highly recommend staying in a different hotel this place was absolutely terrible we got inside our room and the toilet wouldn't work my husband worked on it for half an hour and got it to finally fill with water. all of the pumps soaked containers in the shower and by the sink were completely empty. and when I went to the desk to ask about it the person at the desk said aw I told him to fix that toilet yesterday and you should never be out of everything somebody isn't filling them. then we...

「Although the room was clean, the hotel is really outdated and sad feeling. The bed was very comfortable but the morning breakfast was very slim and coffee was almost non-existent. The evening front desk person was very nice and helpful. The morning folks were rather gruff. Overall would not stay there again.」

「The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The room was worn and not terribly clean. It felt like it really needed a good deep cleaning, more in depth vacuuming scrubbing. The hotel is just getting older. The breakfast was mediocre, but there were choices. It wasn't bad, it just needed a little love. And for the price and location, it was fine.」

「We got this room last minute. We did come in late at night but the staff wasn’t to helpful. Had the front desk closed off and not just late at night, but still in the morning at ten to nine. There was actually a fed ex guy there waiting for someone to take the package along with a couple other customers trying to figure out how to get a receipt for their stay. Kitchen set up would have been better if it had utensils and cookware. Fridge worked so that was the plus for us. It was not clean. Hair...

「Very friendly staff! The air conditioner unit in my room sounded like a jet was landing! Thank goodness for my headphones! The hot tub was dirty and the jets were not working. Everything else was good!」

「Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience.」
