「Check in was fine and it's a basic 3 star hotel so I didn't have high expectations but to be told I have to plunge my kids rooms toilet and then only offered towels as a way to have the floor and toilet cleaned after dirty human waste water gets everywhere since the toilet was overflowing, is beyond disappointing and disturbing. 「Property was in terrible condition. Mold in the refrigerator mold in the ice machines. Sheets and bedding was nasty. The microwave was sitting on ottoman. 2 tvs in the room sitting side by side. One was broke and the other one only had nexflix and the User name was DADDY. The absolute worst hotel I have ever been too. Elevator was broke. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The worker Amy was absolutely amazing. 」

The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time.」

「As a world traveler and a professional clinician, I've never felt so unwelcome or judged. Front staff had horrible attitude. Brutal service, like I was doing the most severe injustice by checking in and paying them. Judged because I had a service dog. The room was very broken down. Truly disappointed. 」
