They have clearly invested in making this property more modern. You can feel it in the rooms with frosted glass shower doors vs curtains and a lounge couch in the corner vs that traditional creepy chair. The Mon-Sat breakfast menu is insane - no reason to go off premise which is rare for me - for example- they make their own hot sauce on prem - and its awesome. (Sunday is the same old buffet scrambled eggs and scary sausage patties) but IM sure the cook needs his/her day off. My only complaint is paper thin walls and ceilings. Baby woke us up in the morning so we moved rooms - couple came home at 1am and we could here every word. Lucky they were tired and went straight to sleep!! It wasnt a deal breaker but could have been bad given who your neighbour is.
