"The check in/out staff were great but every other aspect of this place is terrible for the price you pay. The room was dirty & unkept, doesn’t even look like they clean baseboards, shower grout, floors, couch was stained/dirty. Some old guy on staff started knocking on our door before 10am when checkout is 11. He was upsetting our dogs, making them bark, & it stressed me too. Clearly the pictures online were from opening because our room did not look like that! This place does not convey serenity. The only reason we didn’t leave was because I’m disabled & after a long drive I felt too exhausted to move our stuff again. Thankfully, at least the bed was comfortable & didn’t have bugs. Don’t fall for the pictures, go somewhere else!"

"The room we stayed in was a suite and the first thing I saw when I opened the door was how extremely dirty the couch was. I ended up laying sheets over it just to sit on it. The room itself was not cleaned thoroughly either. Everything was grimy and dirty. The beds were comfortable though and allowed for good sleep. It was just disappointing to see how dirty it was because the hotel has good potential to be nice. I would recommend a few updates to the rooms."

"This place was honestly quite disgusting and there were quite a few sketchy people hanging out in the area. I asked for first floors because I had a dog and he told me I had to pay more. Considering the room was awful I’m glad I didn't pay more. The shower was disgusting, the tv was crooked on the wall, there was a table with no chairs, stained sheets, and barely even a pillow. I could not leave faster! Do not bother with this one."

"I was very disappointed. This property was rated at 9/10. I reserved for the night based on this rating. I would not rate it any higher than 6 or 7 out of 10. At check the lady barely acknowledged we were there. I don't think she said 10 words. I feel we were interrupting her movie. As we walked through the breakfast area I noticed creamer packets (2 or 3) on the floor Second, there was no working ice maker. Third, one of the lights on the wall did not have a light bulb. When I asked for one at the desk she said, " Are you really going to need that light?". Next there was a vent in the bathroom that was held together with duct tape. Very poor. Lastly, we put some things in the refrigerator and this morning they were warm. The refrigerator was not working. This is most definitely a 9/10 establishment. We travel through this area 2-4 times a year and will not stay here again."
