"The fire alarm went off at 11pm and continued to go off after we had been brought outside, despite the front desk employee telling us that our was just smoke from someone cooking. It didn't stop until almost midnight, and we weren't apologized to our offered any assistance or recompense for standing outside barefoot with our (now awake but very tired) kids. Otherwise everything was lovely and accommodating. "
