「This hotel is great. Especially for the price. We booked the day before and had zero issues. The pool was clean and warm. The room was large and had all the things needed... I appreciated that the hotel staff was attentive and friendly. Check in was a breeze, they had at least 3 breakfast attendants working as well. 「It was so nice my 6 year old cried when we left! It was very clean and comfortable. You could easily walk to the Mississippi River and there’s a playground and park once you walk down some steps. There’s a couple places that are easy to get to to eat. Definitely a nice place to stay - especially if you were staying long term. 」

「We had an excellent experience at Hampton Inn and suites Memphis East Germantown. The entire hotel, including our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was decorated in an up-to-date manner with all modern amenities. The staff, especially Kay, at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.」
